The service I received from Scaffold Boards was the epitome of "above and beyond". From the first enquiry in the office to picking up the product was brilliant service! I decided to buy a last minute present for my son- who is a keen young cricketer, and I made him a cricket net for the back yard. It was close to Christmas and they were closing up for a well earned break- and had made this clear on their website. I asked if it was possible to have my order before they closed down, and Sean (Shaun) went and cut the poles to the right length himself, so I could have the order before Christmas! We will be back for part 2 of the net. I will supply a photo when the project is fully completed. Had to ring about delivery dates and got friendly help. Highly recommended.Delivery over seven days, but that was because of bank holiday and specific arrangements required. All the products are great and exactly as I hoped. When assembling I use much longer screws at the exterior of the corners and the structure becomes rock solid.
I had a minor issue with delivery. I have to take a taxi to and from the allotment when I need to be there at short notice which costs £20. A quarter of my order went AWOL (more specifically Exeter) for 24 hours and so I needed to make a second trip the next day to receive the remainder of the order at an extra expense to myself.

I did leave instructions to cut the plank, a service offered, but that was ignored. Wooden boards and fixings for 4 x 8' x 4' raised beds delivered quickly and efficiently. Good service. Received my order in good condition, in a short time after ordering. Was exactly what a wanted. The metal clamps are of sturdy constructuion and penetrated even hard ground easily. I used them to secure plastic sheeting over a trench. Prompt fast service and delivery. parts ordered outstanding. Great service. Very comprehensive stock and certainly appropriate for what I'm looking for in terms of outdoor covers, etc. The photo shows both the most recent tarpaulin purchase (black) and the older one (translucent) covering our chicken coop. The company were excellent. There was a slight problem with the courier, but the company were very efficient and proactive at solving this and getting the product to us as quickly as possible. Fantastic customer service and great quality product for the price. I purchased heavy duty tarpaulin and needed it in a hurry due to storm damage. Arrived next day and was on the roof in less than 24hrs from making the call. Very happy customer! Needed a large tarpaulin quickly, as we had lost the roof off our garden games room in the recent storm.
Found delta services, reasonable price, and was delivered in 48 hours. Very strong tarp and it’s doing a great job of keeping the inside of the room dry until we get it replaced.

Good price and arrived very promptly. I found it really easy to order, the items arrived quickly, no fuss and I thought they were good value for money. The wood was, however, damp so I am having to dry out of over many days before I can use it
